Nothing, it is perfect.

This hotel is located quite far from the city center with limited transportation options. It is not near any famous tourist attractions and there is not much to do in the surrounding area. Despite this, the rooms are modern and comfortable with good shower pressure. The hotel also offers a shuttle service and has a nice pool.
The hotel charges a significant amount for an extra bed for children, which is not common among other hotels globally, making the stay very pricey for families.

The hotel has a nice pool and comfortable beds. the shuttle service is helpful for getting around the city.
The hotel charges way too much for an extra bed for a child and their shuttle service is limited and only free for one direction. the staff could not be negotiated with and their policies were inflexible.

We loved the location of this hotel near the town centre, with a nearby night market to explore. The cleanliness was impressive, with well-maintained hotel facilities and ample parking and transportation options. Breakfast was a highlight with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. The staff were friendly and always eager to help.
Can't fault anything about it.

Great value for money with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff were fantastic, always friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and a great place to relax after a long day of business meetings. The hotel's location was ideal, close to both the city center and key business locations. Plus, the hotel also offered a shuttle service for even more convenience.
The breakfast could have been better, with limited options. The noise from the nearby street was quite loud at times and made it difficult to concentrate during work calls.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
